If an Owner of a unit would like to rent their unit please download the “Tenant Registration Procedure” from our Documents page.

An owner must submit a tenant registration form for each potential tenant prior to the tenant moving into the unit.

Spectrum provides cable and internet service to the property. The monthly association fee covers the cost of basic cable and high speed internet.

Contact Spectrum to receive your cable boxes and internet box.

Massey Pest Control provides pest control for the property. If you need your unit sprayed you may contact them at 407-482-0488 and set up a time for them to spray your unit. 

There is a $25 charge for this service as it is provided under the contract with them.

When the resident calls Massey services, they would only have to state something along the lines of:
Hello,
I live at Alhambra Club Condominium, the association pays for exterior pest control, and there is a
discount that allows us to have $25 for interior pest control service inside my unit.

The clubhouse can be rented by residents for small gatherings and events. Download the application form which includes the rules for rental from the “Documents” section of our website. A security deposit of one hundred ($100) dollars in a check and a rental fee of fifty ($50.00) dollars in cash for each day requested is required to rent the clubhouse.
